Last I heard was that Boxer said she would. I figure that Boxer's trying to have it both ways. She'll vote to confirm Dr. Rice, but she'll try to slime the nominee first.

Only problem with that logic is that it calls into question the senator's integrity. Seesm to me that the only person here who looks completely unpricipled is Boxer.
