It is amazing the contrast between Stalin and Hitler. Stalin barely spoke, I don't ever recall seeing a speech where he raised his voice. But what was the most amazing thing is that when he gave a speech, noone wanted to be the first to stop clapping (can't say I would've blamed them). They had to ring a bell to tell the audience that it was ok to stop clapping.
And Hitler never drank while Stalin would have drinking bouts with his subordinates. If they proved incapable of holding their liquor or tongues while drunk they were gone.
They both had fathers who beat the crap out of them about the only similiarity in background.
