Waters "dedicated" her remarks and the overall objection effort to Michael Moore. Can you imagine a GOP congressman "dedicating" remarks said on the House floor to ........I can't come up with a GOP equivalent to Michael Moore off-hand, so let's just say ........Michael Savage?
