Partially agree. The recount is foolish, but what comes next is a full on contest of the results. This will show that fraud took place, without a doubt. The backlash then will be against the Witch, who could have spared the state the embarrassment of the stolen election.
I think that Rossi called for a revote to give Gregoire that opportunity before the Republicans uncover the massive Dim fraud. Rossi has extended them an olive branch to keep from having their shenaningans exposed. Rossi has one of the smartest attorneys in the state working for him and I'm sure he made this decision with good legal advice.
