Despite what the naysayers are croaking, the DUmmie FUnnies book WILL be a best seller. The proof is in the fact that the DUFUs grew from ZERO in September to the BIGGEST PING list on the FR with over 500 PINGEES. Yes, a book recreating a blog has NEVER been done before. So how do the naysayers know such a book would flop when there is no precedent for this type of book. I say just the opposite. We do have a precedent---The ENORMOUS growth and popularity of the DUFUs right here on the FR, the LARGEST public forum on the Web. The dark forces were from Mordor. Gondor was the good guys. But under the circumstances your statement is probably accurate with regard to Pitt rallying DU against the forces of good.

I had him figured for a conman when he started over 100 threads on the "upcoming" Plame indictments. In every single one of them he promised "Big News Today. The indictments WILL be handed down today! I have an inside source." Then later in the day when the DUmmies would start asking what happened, then he would reveal that the paperwork hit a "snag." The next morning the same thing, "Bush will led from the Whithouse in cuffs! The indictments are in, my source says." Same fuhkin' thing for over 100 threads.
