I havent heard Michael Moore, Gore, Kerry, Hitlery or any of the other left wing nuts blame Bush for the Tsunami as of yet. Im sure it will happen. Has any of you heard Bush blamed yet? If not, how long will it be before he receives the blame?

They blame oil drilling for the tsunami. Oil drilling=Bush's fault.
lol
lol. I like to peruse DU(mp) for laughs. But that is just too funny.
If it weren't for money-grubbing BIG OIL then tens of thousands would not have perished.
If only Algore were President, this would be a non-story.
What do I win?
"What they really should be looking at is if the U.N. wasn't so corrupt, the 22 Billion dollars that was skimmed by Kofi, Kojo, France, Germany, Russia, etc... could have been used to provide relief."
We all know that the UN is the Liberals Baby, so they will never receive the blame.
I have been saying for months kick the US out of the UN and kick the UN out of New York today!
I believe that the U.S. offers a free service to countries that provides automated warnings (like our NOAA weather alerts) from their offshore ocean buoys. They need only subscribe. Or use buoys of their own (another novel concept) for this very purpose.
How does global warming cause earthquakes?
I thought the logic was:
Bush causes global warming.
Global warming increases sea level and causes coastal erosion.
Random earthquake causes tsunami, whose impact is exacerbated by coastal erosion.
Thus: Bush responsible for substantial proportion of damage.
I may not have that exactly right; I seldom read whack-job threads over there very thoroughly. "I don't know why she swallowed the fly."
The US Air Force has the capability of manipulating climate either for testing purposes or for outright military-intelligence use. These capabilities extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes. In recent years, large amounts of money have been allocated by the US Department of Defense to further developing and perfecting these capabilities
Yeah, I heard that same logic. Also, there is the argument that Bush is somehow to blame for the fact that they were not warned, and because Bush is stingy, they are now all going to die of disease.
"hey have a giant thread there about why Bush wasn't compassionate enough in his response and rhetoric"
I was on another board where a liberal turd left a similar comment. I evicerated his opinion with my reply and haven't had any response.
It will be a 2-front attack. The first front (which we have already seen) is that the US isn't doing enough. the second front, which you have successfully stated, is that the whole thing was brought on by Global Warming (or some other environmental factor that can be blamed on the US). Never mind that the shifting of the Earth's teutonic plates can't be blamed on Global Warming--the truth never slows down this crowd.
Yes, the US provides that FREE -- all they have to do is ask. But I heard one country's leader say, "We NEVER have disasters here. We didn't think we'd ever have one." With thinking like that ... reality hits hard.
check out aljazeera.com and you will find plenty of them blaming u.s. and bush.
The WP did yesterday in their article
aljezeerah.com (might as well be CNN) as a source. That about says it all.
If the purpose of the U.S. "creating" this tsunami for the purpose of wiping out Muslims, I can think of a few better places to start.
Icebergs, whether as a solid mass of ice, or completely melted down to liquid form, change neither the total weight of water in the ocean, nor the level of the volume of the water. The melting of glaciers over a land mass, when it drains into the sea, may have some minute effect on the volume and weight of water in the ocean, but the effect is spread out over such a huge area, as to have no effect on any one particular point on the ocean bed.
Everybody "knows" Halliburton, by supplying the deep-ocean drilling technology, has caused the fractures in the earth's mantle that resulted in the undersea earthquake that caused the tsunami.
If Algore were President, this would seem to be a minor problem.
You win the bouquet on the table at which you are seated, and may take it home with you after the party is over.
The level of stupidiousness over yonder is overwhelming. I think that white stuff on their wheaties ain't sugar. Y'know what I mean?
It is Bush's fault. He owns an interest in a timber company that produced the wood to build the concrete forms that were the foundation of the smelter that made the steel that was used to drill a hole in the Gulf of Mexico that accidentally went all the way through the earth's core and punched a hole in the Indian Ocean. Duhh!
There is GREAT motive to blame Bush. After all, he is just being set up for impeachment proceedings, you know. And this time, with the aid of RINOs in the US Senate, there may be enough votes there to remove him from office. Just as there were not enough votes to remove his predecessor in office, again due to the RINOs.
