As if the freezing Dummies didn't have enough misery this week, the Ohio Supreme Court refused to expedite the hearing of the Arneback lawsuit.

As a practical matter that means the lawsuit will not proceed until after Inauguration Day at which point it will become moot and will probably tossed for that reason alone.
