I still say the Judge needs to be impeached, he does not know what the meaning of fighting words is. According to Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire (1942) fighting words are those which by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of peace. They must be directed at a "particular" person (not a group).
