How many times did Arcie Bunker tell Edith to stifle? A hundred? A thousand? The scenario was always the same: Archie would drag his sorry butt home after eight hours on the loading dock, sit down in his favorite chair, pick up his newspaper, and Edith would go yak-yak-yak.
