Evan Bayh, IN. Watch out for this guy. He could be trouble in 2008.
He supported the Partial Birth Abortion ban which makes him UNACCEPTABLE to the Democrats as a presidential candidate.
Evan Bayh doesn't pass the abortion litmus test, plus he's from one of those dreaded red states (mine)...but he did vote for the war and he voted for the tax cuts. I have never figured if my fellow Hoosiers keep him around because he's Birch's son, he's very likeable or he's bamboozled them into thinking he's more conservative than he really is. I didn't vote for him.
His record running Indiana as Governor will should stop him. I seriously doubt he would get the Dim nomination. He's too conservative.
