Rather Holds Out
November 03, 2004 | 03:48:08 EST Dan is still holding out hope that John Kerry can win Ohio. Tom Brokaw of NBC, in his last election before retirement, gave Ohio to Bush.

Rather will never give Ohio to Bush - he has a memo that says Kerry won.

Danny boy needs to retire.... and soon. He has lost all credibility and is sounding and looking senile.

I have not watched CBS News for years, but last night I had to go to CBS now and then to see if ole rather was still alive. I have to tell you, he was so glum. He would not concede Ohio, all the world was ready, but not ole dan.
Maybe he thinks he is so powerful he can change things.
"danny boy, you just ran out of steam".
To: churchillbuff
Dan Rather is no longer relevant. BWHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Oh, he'll concede the election about the same time CBS finishs it's investigation of Memogate.:)
It must really hurt when you 'fall on your sword' to save your candidate and he STILL loses!

It'll be Bush 247 Kerry 242 for six months at SeeBS. I surfed thru this last night and saw him in the "stuck" mode digging for impossible ways for Kerrorist to comeback. Rather, Brokaw, and Jennings all need to be retired.
