I arrived at the Ed Herman for Congress campaign headquarters at 6 pm and found more volunteers than phones. They had eighteen phone lines set up to make calls encouraging their voters to get out there tomorrow and vote to re-elect President George W. Bush and to send Ed Herman to Congress to replace Dennis Kucinich. The eighteen phone lines were already taken and 7 more people stayed to make calls on cell phones. Approximately 20 people were sent home because there were no more phones. Most people were planning to come back tomorrow to continue the get out the vote activities.
A note of explanation for those not familiar with Cleveland: Ed Herman's office is in Lakewood Ohio in the tenth congressional district, in other words it is smack dab in the middle of the belly of the beast that is the most heavily Democrat county in the state of Ohio. Go figure.

Send them to where they are needed!!!! The GOP has six offices in the most Democrat infested county in the state of Ohio, apparently they have an abundance of volunteers.
The good news is GOTV works, you've heard it here first

I just read where some crazy democrats threw a live skunk into a Bush/Cheney headquarters in Ohio. They are getting desperate. I am sick (and tired) of zero media response on all the attacks on BC HQs in the country. If only one democrat HQ was vandalized, they'd be screaming to high heaven for weeks on end. There is no sleep in my immediate future.

We've got the momentum.
It was a lot of fun going door to door this weekend, they sent me inside the city limits and I ran into the UAW people who apparently are the recipients of the "outsourced" Dem GOTV.

ACORN attacked the Cleveland GOP headquarters downtown last Friday afternoon. The party hacks referred the media to the party HQ in Columbus.

I envy you being right in the thick of it all.
Me? Tomorrow, I'll stand on line for 2 hours (reading my National Review as a subtle form of protest against the leftists) and vote a virtually straight Republican ticket. But in the end, Bush will lose NY, Schumer will sail to re-election and so will Congressman Cartman.

True Shumer wins, which is ridiculous, but hey you have a free vote there, you can vote Consevative.

Heck, I've read "Unfit for Command" and Ann Coulter's latest book on the commuter train to the suburbs. You should see the dirty looks and eye bulges that I get for that! :)

Normally I would do that, but she's a nutjob.
