Joe,
"Hi. Do you think Carter pardoned Kerry? Is that why Kerry wont release all of his records?"
I don't know. But what one reads in various articles on Kerry in reference to why his honorable discharge was dated 1978, it just seems a bit weird. He should have received a official discharge from the Navy after his six years of service he signed up for in 1966. There are folks that say he must have had received a dis-honorable or at best general discharged then later got it modified. We may never know, because the only way to get his records is for him to sigh the military form 108 used to give permission for the military to allow for inqueiries into his service record. Obviously he has no plans on doing this. There are people who say they know for a fact based on reading years back in the Boston Globe that he received a dis-honorable discharge, and that is why he was accepted into Harvard to study law. Quite frankly I was under the impression that someone was going to "drop the bomb" on this issue this month..........in showing the Globe's original article that made the claim. Or perhaps a record from Harvard that clearly showed why he was not accepted.
Guess we will never get at the truth regarding Kerry. Surely he has managed with the help of very powerful people such as Ted Kennedy to make sure his tracks have been erased in regards to anything that could possibly incriminate him regarding his service record and his dealings with the communists in Paris etc.. Snakes know how to crawl silently through the grass..................
whoops........
that is why he was NOT accepted into Harvard to study...
