We have found a possible source crater at 53.7S,90.1W under 5000 meters of water. Difficult to get my mind around this considering what a bullet does in water. The energy that derives from something this size traveling at these volocities is mind boggling. Punching through 3+ miles of water and still leaving a giant crater.....geeez!
