List of people by SAT score. Check out Jhengis Johnny and the Slickster. Al Gore evidently had somebody take the SAT's for him because nobody acquires that much stupid.

    Figures.
 The most stupid ones make the most noise, starting with the vicious, nasty Janeane Garofalo, closely followed by the rabid Al Franken and John Kerry.

    LOL, but how do we explain Gore?

    No joke, they're unverified but the website looks pretty credible. I would tend to believe it.

    Does anyone actually score 1600s?

I took the ACT...so I'm sort of unfamiliar with the SAT.

Took the LSAT though....way way way back...lol

Admissions tests much like IQ tests are not completely reliable....good to test capability but not actual "smarts".

I do very well on them but look at me here....see what I mean...lol

    Does anyone actually score 1600s? Oh yes, absolutely. In fact, over the last ten years it's been much easier to accomplish.
They're changing the whole test this coming year, though. I think the new highest possible score will be 2400 or something around that.

To: wardaddy
    Yeah, people score 1600 all the time. I don't think they're determinative but they are indicative. And this set of scores indicates that the further left you go on the political spectrum the further left you go on the Bell Curve. :-}

    I don't buy any of this. SAT scores are not public record, anyone can claim to have received any score they wish to claim, and anyone can Photoshop an SAT scoring report to make it appear to have whatever number they want.
Unless I'm looking through the actual reports at a college admissions office, I'm not going to automatically believe what anyone says their scores were.

    How could anyone compile a list like this?By asking the people involved. The website makes clear that the scores are "unverified" but most of them are from the mouths of the people listed. I happen to think they are probably accurate. Allen and Gates are liberals, their scores are exceptionally high. I believe it.
Nobody is claiming that these scores are from the files of the College Board but I happen to think they sound just about right.
