As I recall, RCP does not judge any poll at all: they use whatever, including ARG and this Chicago Tribune poll that "gave" Kerry a 4 point lead in OH. Even if you don't believe me that OH is Bush country, there is simply no way on hell Kerry is doing EIGHT POINTS better than Gore did in 2000. It is simply not within the realm of possibility.
