Reminds me of my daughter's history teacher who pukes on the south at every opening of mouth. One time my daughter asked her why she "knew" these things to be true of the south, and if she had ever spent any time there or just learned her base from watching television? The teacher responded with a firm defense of her base of thunk on the south by explaining that she drove thru it once on the way to Florida! I kid you not..........
