I cannot imagine it not doing so. Regardless of culture, torturing and raping children before killing them is tabu.
Unless someone belongs to a religion whose prophet was a child molester, I suppose.
Sorry, my posts are angry and mis-typed today. For some reason. Today feels as bad in its way as 9-11, and on that day I ONLY felt like buying a koran, burning it, and pissing on the ashes.
