What I don't get is the disconnect that many people seem to have. Once an egg is fertilized, the new cell has a different DNA structure, and is a separate person. People saying it on has the potential to be a person beg the question, when is that potential realized? At birth? Age 18? Age 18 till whenever they are no longer able to "contribute" to society?
When human life is handled as a commodity, we as a society have turned from God and embraced evil.

I cannot understand how people blithely dismiss the killing of all those unborn children.
Fertilized eggs, embryos, zygotes, unborn babies, whatever you choose to call them, are LIFE, human beings, and these people who associate their destruction with menstruation are willfully ignoring the facts.
It's like the birth control pill and IUD, they cause the destruction of a fertilized egg which, left undestroyed, would grow to an unborn baby and then a born human being, yet some Pro-Lifers see nothing wrong with the pill or Norplant.
