When you hit the button "Post Reply" it says at the top...To: that is where you put the name of the person you are pinging, just like you would do if you were only going to post a reply. You can just add as many names as you would like and instead of a message you just post the word...PING or BTTT (bump to the top). Does that make any sense? LOL!
