I need some help and know this is the place to get it! I have a niece who works for the post office and has become convinced, thru her coworkers, that President Bush is trying to do away with the post office. I did not want to get into a discussion with her until I had some facts. I don't believe this is true and know there has been talk about doing away with their monopoly on first class postage - but that is all I have been able to find.
Does anyone have any information about this? Thanks.
Why try and prove a negative? Ask her for proof that Bush is trying to do this
Because she is just listening to rhetoric from her friends and I'd like to be able to give her facts. I didn't know if there were articles about the future of the post office and they were being skewed.
Good luck. I'd just tell her she's wrong and to prove her allegation if she thinks she's right
