You don't pause to think that there might be a big difference between an agnostic college professor of art in Sarajevo and a gibbering Muslim fascist chopping the head off of an engineer in Mecca. Much less of a difference between a gibbering Muslim fascist chopping the head off of an engineer in Mecca and the fat grandmother in the next apartment, the teenaged rock fan in the apartment below, and the just trying to make his way through the world grocer down the street.
