I think they are both stupid things to do. Why are our men and women dying for this?! It's disgusting. This is no way to fight a war by apologizing for something a few people did.

Rummy is apologizing for not giving Congress a heads-up when he briefed them just the day before. I'm sure he also had to apologize to President Bush. I don't see this as wrong and I am a huge Rummy fan.
