Are you asserting that the treatment of these prisoners depicted in the pictures was officially sanctioned treatment? ARE YOU?

THAT is what the left means by "apology", and the only thing they're high fiving about is conservatives freaking out over the words "I'm sorry" and not having the thoughtfulness or discernment to distinguish between taking blame or authorizing such acts, or saying those who did them did wrong and we're sorry they did those things.
