We are now employing the same ridiculous Iraqization of Najaf. This would be a good idea AFTER, THE US, takes the city and shows the people of that city and country who the victor is.
As it is now, there is now doubt that the Islamist are the victors.
Its like Santa Ana putting Sam Houston in charge of taking the Alamo.
