We've had enough "cathartic" and "true confession" threads lately on this forum. I don't come here for the agony stuff and Dr. Dino advice.
Then you would probably not be a visitor to such a thread.
Plus, a regular thread like you propose would open us up to all kinds of charges that we're riddled with a bunch of druggos. Read Jim's purpose for starting Free Republic.
And alcoholics, and people who are addicted to legal things. We already are riddled with these people. It's just not publicly known. If you take ANY 50,000 people, lots of them are going to have problems.
I think this is the Compassionate Conservatism Dubya is fond of. But I do need to hear all the negative possible fallout before proceeding, so thanks.

Over the years that I have been signed on or lurked on FR there have been a lot of people who were very upfront with the problems that they have had in the past, kudos to you for being upfront.
