The Freedom Underground folks are just the wussies that left LP because they were against the war, and had no arguement to back that up. Once posters started challenging them and actually asking them questions, they up and ran. Now, its fine that they have their own site, however they only let posters with their ideas post there, which is fine, but its just a whackjob back patting society there.

Yeah... the only redeeming quality I saw was they have a prominent link to the Iroquois Constitution... The Great Law ;0)

There are some good folks over there (at LP), the problem is that the site is run by some less than honest 'tax freedom' grifters that want to sell you bogus claims on tax avoidance, and then want to sell you more and more bogus claims on tax avoidance, and sell you more and more and more. While I loathe some of the posters, only Liberty Forum actually allows people to post without the fear of being banned by an over-anxious moderator, however because of that fact, some really noxious folk are there, but I just ignore them, because I can.

The worst thing about LP is all the people there want it to be just like FR. There is little originality and often a lot more nastiness. For instance, LF never allows people to post threads which trash other posters in the headline. Tardshow does this all the time at LP. The best thing about the forum is the bozo filter.

LF is far more self-contained and people don't waste every hour of their day whining about FreeRepublic. It also has a less intrusive style of moderation, some clever posters and superior software to LP.
