Nope, conservatives believe in moral and eternal truth. Atheists cannot be conservatives. They can be Republicans, but they cannot be conservatives because they deny that there is any moral imperative.

Yes, they can. You're saying that all conservatives are social conservatives. They aren't. Some are fiscal conservatives.
