I posted to every nasty, backstabbing, broken-beer-bottle-in-an-alley flame group in Usenet for years before I found FreeRepublic. The only rule in some of these newsgroups is that eyeballs plucked out of their sockets during a flamewar must be handed back intact and not stomped into the sawdust on the floor.

LOL I used to post at Nascar.com around '97 when they had the big chatroom. They even had to shut it down because of the nastiness. Goes with the territory I guess.

I haven't read any of those threads in a long time. I've always liked to discuss the heritage and migration aspect of Christianity instead of whether evolution exists. Whether evolution helped bring us here, or we were created in one day 6000 years doesn't take away from the fact that both would be miracles. The universe is a miracle. Something created an imbalance to spark the big bang.
