This Englishman from Hong Kong told me ... the most behaved sailors in the world are the Americans --- because on ship the marines run the brig and they are treated very badly !

By the way, we had a few drinks with some English sailors in a bar in Hong Kong. Couldn't understand a word they were saying. Had to have the HK b-girls interpret for us.
