Last week we had a lady who killed a guy, had a BAC of 0.4 and was a 3 time DWI loser have a State Senator and State Representative lament the severity of her sentance... 30 days.

A BAC of .4 is astonishing, especially for a woman.
I've seen .35 once, with a guy who had a long history of DUI and caused a wreck. And .37 with a guy who passed out driving on the wrong side of the road, and had to be carried to the paddy wagon.
That much alcohol would kill a normal person.
