Hey... I resemble that remark. I come from a family of Norweigans, and grew up with eating Lutefisk. It definately is an acquired taste. My wife tolerates it, if only to placate my desire for it.
Now on the other hand she likes Kringla.

I can tolerate lutefisk. What I really get cravings for at time are pickled herring, herring mayonaise, lefsa, and dried norwegian peas, oh and Ski Queen goat cheese. mmmm, mmmm, mmmm now that is a spread.
