#2, what percentage of first time pot-smokers used alcohol or tobacco before the first smoked pot?

And as a followup to #2, why aren't alcohol and cigarettes considered as 'gateway drugs' to marijuana?

Most people I have ever known that used MJ smoked cigarettes first then drank alcohol then tried MJ. I've seen kids that can be older the 11 or 12 smoking cigarettes on the street corners. I know of one person who said they started smoking cigarettes at age 9.
