Since the only thing you've posted relates to rights upi say the Constitution does not give, I take it you can't name one? Just one right retained by the people? Anything? Or is the 9th just fluff?

OOO, OOO, I know

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed--

Even though this is from the declaration of independence it shows what types of "rights retained by the people" the founders had in mind.
