The drugs do not harm others....drugs are inanimate objects, not capable of doing harm on their own.

No where in the Constitution are rights granted to the people to do things which harm others. Taking drugs harms people other than the druggie. And you know it.
I don't believe I know of any part of the constitution that states that the people are forbiden to do anything that might harm someone else.
