all sin is equally repugnant to God is unsupported by scripture

That's not true. You may want to read the entire Bible.

You share their sin (thou shalt not covet)

You are correct--I am a sinner. However, I fail to see that in this particular instance that I am coveting.

you condemn a whole people based on the your narrow interpretation. You need Jesus to learn to forgive, not to stand in judgment of people.

I do not condemn. These are words from Jesus: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Genesis 2:7, when God "breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
Oopppsss...

Face it. The world and everything in it was made from Frost Giants slain by Odin.

What about man born on island without word of Christ...is he automatically condemned? If so, then you say God makes some men to be damned?

Main Entry: cov·et
Pronunciation: 'k&-v&t
Function: verb
Etymology: Middle English coveiten, from Old French coveitier, from coveitié desire, modification of Latin cupiditat-, cupiditas, from cupidus desirous, from cupere to desire
Date: 14th century
transitive senses
1 : to wish for enviously
2 : to desire (what belongs to another) inordinately or culpably
intransitive senses : to feel inordinate desire for what belongs to another
synonym see DESIRE

You are coveting the happiness of others, condemning them for living life according to their own principals. That the problems in the middle east are traceable to Abraham's "sin" is without doubt the most ignorant interpretation possible and hearkens back to the inquisition. You also sin by not showing love--by not admitting that you could be wrong in these matters, and instead demanding that another "read the entire Bible."

News for you Torquemada, I have! and that all sin is equally repugnant to God is an interpretation--not holy writ.

Prove me wrong with Scripture, Mr. Pharisee, and explain how Solomon with hundreds of wives and thousands of concubines producing God knows how many children is not the cause of the middle eastern conflict. Love (acceptance) would go farther to heal that situation, rather than your puritanical viewpoint.
