You can't say nor I, what it's effect is on him -- but if the young man is left longer in such danger and degradation I'll tell you, based on what I've learned in the world from people I've known in similar straights -- he's as likely to come out a real druggie and perv, as to come out reformed -- and more likely than both, to come out a broken soul of a loser and ne'er do well.
