You are comparing 'delivering' weed, to kidnapping and molostation? Uh no, duuude. What I am comparing is the first thing a person who has been jail says to the media, "I was raped" to garner symapthy.
Like I said before, the Alachua county jail is probably not that big of a place and this is an article to garner symapthy for the marijuana dealer, IMO.

Charges have been brought, which is virtually unheard of in jail/prison rape cases, suggesting there's rather foolproof evidence of what transpired..

So what is your definition of "that big of a place"? The article stated the jail had a capacity of 920 inmates. IMO, that is a sizable county jail.
