He isn't banned; he's merely been told not to use the Max Planck Institute's server for publishing this material. Nothing is stopping him from publishing; indeed, he HAS published elsewhere.

"Intelligent Design advocates" and "creation scientists" don't LIKE the refereed journal process, because it means that other people get to examine their work in detail--and they get ripped to shreds.
