I don't agree with Bush on everything--just most things.

Even if he actually signed an AW ban renewal, I would still vote for him. Ashcroft (remember him?) is the AG who changed the government's position on the 2A to being an individual right. He was appointed by W.

Do you honestly think Hillary, OwlGore, or any RAT would stand up for the 2A? Unless the economy rebounds in the next few months, 2004 will be a tough campaign.

A vote against W is a vote for the forces of evil.

If Bush supports the ban, he is a part of the forces of evil. The patriot act was bad enough, if he starts supporting gun control, that crosses the line.

Good Point, The Freeper problem with Bush is not that he's not conservative, or that he does not advance our agenda. But that he tends to do so quietly, while throwing some very public bones to the soccer moms. The point that you made is a very good example of that. Changing the govt's position on the 2nd, will eventually influence hundreds of court cases.

Hopefully after the 04 election we will gain 5 or 6 more conservative senators, (with similar gains in the house). Then we will be able real changes without rat or rino interference.
