So in your opinion, each of us should decide which laws are stupid and disregard them. Right?

Common sense makes it clear that you don't initiate force, threat of force or fraud against any person or their property. For to do so is to violate a person's inalienable individual rights.

When a person gets a piece of paper saying they are employed by the government that doesn't magically give the person a right to initiate force, threat of force or fraud against people. In common sense and natural law it is a crime to initiate force, threat of force or fraud against any person.
