This fellow broke the law. He made a conscious decision to do so. Now it's time to pay the piper. Pay like a man. It was worth shooting the intruder, wasn't it? Had he not violated New York's unconstitutional firearms statutes, as you suggest he should have done, he would have been killed. Why do you want him dead?
