That is obvious. But this post caused me to think of that female American POW. I can't imagine what she is going through. I hope she is in the hands of people who are not brutes.

I watched the eyes of that female p.o.w. and felt the fear she probably felt. I pray they will return to us in good condition.

Yes, I think of her every day. Shoshana (Shawna) Johnson, daughter of a Gulf I vet and his wife who works as civilian at Ft. Bliss, sister of an army Captain (also a woman), and mother of a little girl. Shawna was an Army cook who never expected to see action. God bless her, I wouldn't bet that she isn't in the hands of brutes.

There really should be a policy that keeps women out of action.
