Your little "American Citizen" just had her citizenship revoked - with prejudice.
And it was ALL her fault!
If she'd been a true patriotic American, she wouldn't have been there in the first place. Instead, she chose to side with the enemy and met a tragic end.
If Bush gets his way, there's going to be many American-born "citizens" who get their citizenship revoked. Then they can go lie down with the dogs they got their fleas from. (But I don't agree with this - put people in prison or execute them is the way it's always been for treason and should continue to be, IMO)

The student teacher relationship is very powerful. A liberal professor or teacher can have a huge influence on a student. There is a quote attributed to Winston Churchill (I dont know if it is actually his or not). "If you are not a liberal at age 20, you have no heart. If you are not a conservative at age 40, you have no brain." While the quote may be a bit of an overstatement, we should remember that youth and (misplaced) idealism can result in strange ideas. Standing in front of a bulldozer is to say the least at the far end of stupid.
It is likely she believed she was on the side of good. She probably thought she was standing up for American values; she was certainly mistaken but does that make her a trader or just an ignorant fool?
