It's pretty sickening to see posters here laughing and cheering this woman getting killed. I really don't understand it. If she had been making a bomb and it went off prematurely, then yeah, she got what she deserved. If she was riding in a car with a Hamas leader and it was hit by an IDF missile, she got what she deserved. Otherwise, this is just a sad waste of a life.

Well, I usually ride the high horse too, but I do this this woman as equivalent to someone blowing himself up making a bomb. She put herself in front of a moving bulldozer expecting it to stop. It was a gamble with a risk.

Right. I'll bet that the photo that runs in the Daily Olympian is of the Tianmen Square standoff between the man and the tank. I'll bet money they try to make that connection.

That's the really sick part. She was protecting the home of a terrorist who blew children to bits, and somehow drew a moral equivalence. That's the truly sickening part.

Don't agree with you on this. There's a difference between committing a violent act (bombmaking, etc.) and being a protester.

She put herself in front of a moving bulldozer expecting it to stop. It was a gamble with a risk.

Totally agree with you on this. She put herself in danger but that doesn't make it a laughing matter.
