Oh, please. I didn't say I felt sorry for her. I believe I said (at least in later post) that she was stupid to pick a fight with a bulldozer. It is sad that she made such a foolish choice, and gave aid and comfort to the enemy. That's all. I don't feel sorry for her, not at all. And no, I don't prefer that the Israeli's stop pursuing terrorists. You read an awful lot in my short post.

No one here is gloating. If someone told you to put a gun to your head and kill yourself in the name of peace would you do it? It's the absurdity of throwing yourself in front of a moving dozer that people are laughing at. Life is harsh, get used to it.

This loss of life is the loss of life of an ACTIVE TERRORIST SUPPORTER.

Somehow, I just can't muster too much sympathy.

This woman wanted to stop Israel from taking the NECESSARY actions to protect their innocent population from terrorists.

Should we cry for every terrorist and terrorist supporter?

What about all the innocent lives the terrorists take?

People have to get it through their heads, that
"it's us or them", there is NO in-between.

I much rather have it be "them".

Too bad, so sad. She through her lot in with the terrorists and died. She could have stayed home, and she would be alive and well.

It doesn't matter that she called herself a "peace protester", her actions were those of an ACTIVE TERRORIST SUPPORTER, trying to stop Israel from rooting out the terrorists murdering their own innocent population.

No, dear, the people in the tanks were communists. Those are the bad guys, see? Hello? Anybody in there?

Yes dear, I know who the bad guys are. But they still killed a girl, stupid or not, she's dead and to what end? We all know that they were still going to bulldoze the house.

Yeah, somebody's here, only difference is that I actually think and I don't gloat, especially when the "enemy" are uninformed kids.

I'm so glad that FR is full of perfect parents with perfect children.

My kids aren't perfect but they're not so bad that I'm going to pay for a little trip to the Mid-East right now for them and suggest they become human shields. Actually it's doubtful my kids will ever have much time for protesting against their country ---they'll be working their way through college, learning that money doesn't grow on trees.

Who put her up to it?

Good question because someone dumb enough to jump in front of a moving bulldozer thinking they're accomplishing something in that, probably didn't even come up with the bright idea themself but were duped into it. Like someone else said ---a useful idiot.

The tanks on Tiananmen sqauare were there specifically to hurt the protesters. The protesters, where NOT interfering with anyone, they merely expressed their opinions. There is a huge difference.

The Israeli bulldozers were engaged in doing what is necessary to root out the terrorists.

Give me ONE example where Israel sent tanks or bulldozers against protesters peacefully protesting in a square.

This protester was engaging in PROTECTING the terrorists.

"This woman has stood with people who have murdered hundreds of innocent civilians. How is she better than those who stand with bin Laden?"

Precisely.

There is no honor in laughing at or finding humor in the death of another. This individual, right or wrong, was an American citizen... What the hell is wrong with you people?

Never laugh when the hearse goes by......

She was 23 years old.

At 23 years old, a person is able to contract without parental consent, exercise the sovereign franchise, drink alcohol, smoke tobacco, et cetera.

She's not a "kid."

They did not kill her. She, in effect, committed unintentional suicide.

I used to drive a motor home. People would step out in front of me all of the time; it was all I could do to keep from hitting them. I could not stop on a dime.

That tank weighs a whole lot more than a motor home.

Why would anybody expect that driver to be able to avoid someone who put HERSELF in harm's way? He sure couldn't stop on that proverbial dime either!

"especially when the "enemy" are uninformed kids."

----

What about all the Palestinian teenagers who strap bombs on themselves and blow up innocent Israelis?

I reserve my sympathy for the REAL victims, not the terrorists or terrorist supporters. This woman ACTIVELY was supporting the terrorists, trying to stop Israel's necessary activities to root out terrorists.

My kids aren't perfect, but they're smart enough and they value life enough not stand or sit in front of a bulldozer.

She was 23 years old.
------

Exactly. She made her decisions and suffered the consequences.

I guess some people feel sorry for poor Johhny traitor Taliban Walker too...

We have our young brave men and women fighting and putting their lives on line for our safety and freedom. They deserve my prayers, not those "poor young misguided people" who are throwing their lots in with the terrorists.

One of the local crybabies whined to me, and I said the Marines should have shot what was left. He still has the deer in the headlight look when he sees me two + decades later.

She sure wasn't a kid. When I was that age, I had three children - the oldest was 5 years old.

You are right. Out if one side of their mouth they tell everyone how Americans are the problem for being so proud, then they act as if they are sooo important (which is supposedly what they hate about America). Most of the time liberals do not suffer for the conflicting actions that they take. Unfortunately , in this case, it cost her her life ( I am not happy that a young person made a foolish decision that cost her her life).

She is a war criminal who was aiding and abetting the Islamofacists who order their Islamokazis to kill innocent Jewish children and citizens.

All of these clymers who are abetting the PA Islamokazis should be rounded up and tried for helping terrorists kill innocent Israelis.

It is 30 years past time to stop treating these criminals as heroes.

Look, I agree with all of you that she did a really, really stupid thing., I do NOT condone what she did. I am just a little bit disgusted by the "joy" that her death produced. It reminds me of the arabs rejoicing after the September 11th attacks. Sickening.

An 18-year-old son or daughter of West Virginia coal miners, serving in the Army, is doing FAR more for "world peace" than every last one of the long-haired, dope-smoking, FM-radio-listening, maggot-infested, trust-funded peaceniks on our college campuses.

Even if they're just burning out the s**thouses every day, they're doing far more.
