I just got out of Jury Duty and it was a civil case. IMHO don't try to skip Jury Duty or get out of it. I am envious! - The only time I was ever called over the period of a week, they seated the jury each morning before my name was called, so I got sent home! - I really thought it would be neat to do.
Here is thing about my case, even though I'm against Civil lawsuits, it was quite interesting. Let say we prevented a uneccsary shakedown.
