He certainly has every right to do just that.

You continue to confuse the RIGHT to do something with the RIGHTNESS of doing it.

It isn't against the law to act as these people did, but their action should NOT be without consequence either.

And for the record, I'd consider a Jewish legislator who showed his offense at the utterance of the name of Jesus Christ by walking out, to be a boor as well.

Would it have been right for American legislators to allow a prayer to the Emporer by Japanese Shintoists to be uttered in one of our legislatures in 1944, while their sons were spilling their blood all over the Pacific to stop that cult?

Your 'position' is the latest example of foolish political correctness run amock...to the destruction of our nation.

Islam is an ideology every bit as much as it is a 'religion'...and it is in every way an ideology that is hostile and utterly incompatible with our form of government and our civilisation.

Islam should be as 'acceptable' as fascism/nazism in our country...in other words, not acceptable at all.
