Sorry for my inattention to the thread lately but I just wanted to let you know that at 12:24 pm yesterday Mom went into the glorious presence of God prepared for her from all eternity. For a couple of hours and to her last breath 10 of us were privileged to be with her, singing hymns of praise to God Almighty. That I.C.U. unit was filled with song, albeit sometimes with feeble voice tinged with grief. Yet with the wonderful comforting promises of Scripture and those hymns of praise and thanks to God that she loved so much she was ushered into God's very presence. In the midst of sorrow over loss of the best Mom and Grandma anyone could ever have, I am thankful that God in so many ways glorified Himself not only in her life but also in her death. Would that I would be found worthy of a life and death like hers.
Please bear with me and I'll be back in a due course.
Cordially,

Precious in the sight of the LORD [is] the death of his saints. - Psalms 116:15 It is a privilege to celebrate the graduation of our dearly beloved.
Peace and love in Christ,

I am sorry. Nothing here can possibly be as important as being with your friends and family right now.
We'll be here another day.
