How does a real-estate agent collect disability, unless she was paying into a private disability policy? If she had a private policy, why do you care?

If someone did this to my dog and I saw it happen, I honestly don't think I would ever get over it. I'm serious.

If she had a private policy, why do you care?There are 2 types of disability in Ca...One is workmans comp for job releated disabilities and the other is state disability for all other disabilities. Both are funded by the employer. Just yesterday the state supreme court lowered the threshold for SDI.
