How does a real-estate agent collect disability, unless she was paying into a private disability policy? If she had a private policy, why do you care?

Actually, if she's self employed, she's required to pay social security tax.

My question to you is, why is this such an emotional issue for you? I didn't kill the dog.

If someone did this to my dog and I saw it happen, I honestly don't think I would ever get over it. I'm serious.

This SOB (Burnett) is beyond pushing the envelope. I hope his life is ruined.

There are 2 types of disability in Ca...One is workmans comp for job releated disabilities and the other is state disability for all other disabilities. Both are funded by the employer. Just yesterday the state supreme court lowered the threshold for SDI.
